Hello. If you got this far that means you are trough your first test of many that will checks you out as a carrier or not. Gz :P Here I will write down everything that should know in the first wave. Later many things will change, but for now our luck wow give a lot so we can skip many things that needs a guildpage acutally. Lets see whats happening here. 1. Anyone in guild can invite anyone to the guild. (except under surge whom supposed to be recently invited). At this point they become first rank called Under Surge. After he can look around in the guild and he have to fight for his own to pass all the small clue like test. If the player has enough brain he should have no problem geting the Carrier status. This whole process is like the trial. 2. A Carrier can benifit from everything that the guild can give and what everyone else gets. A carrier can get items / stacks out form the guildbank each day to support them in guild runs, or if they know a buyer for the given item for a good price and they deposit the full amount of gold they recive this way for later repairs on guildruns. And offcourse they can use the guild repair. 3. All those Carriers who are willing to sacrifice theire game time to help the guild can become Surgeons. Surgeons surge the brain of the Under Surge people. They willing to group with them and see theire actions and they are able to judge if the player have brain. A Surgeon can promote Under Surge to Carrier if he thinks they deserv beacuse they have brain after all. Also at any given time if a Carrier later on do some dumb thing or they see his sharing account with someone else who are not inspected they can immidietlly demote the player. or they can even edit Officer posts to notify Doctors to Kick/Ban them from the guild. Surgeons may retrive money from the bank incase the test of an Under Surge needs somesort of money. 3. Doctors are the highest rank in the guild. Every Carrier may become Doctor. But Being a Doctor gives full access to the guild in every aspect to a degree that they can even declare a guild-disband as every Doctor is on the Guild Master's rank. Being a doctor means to sacrifice a lot of time from your gameplay in the name of the guild.Back to the Top Raid
Raids will be shudeled trough the callendar, what can be found (by default) on the top right corner of your minimap. Raid leaders will notify every single time they can be online and lead a certain raid. If you are fancy for a raid time listed you just mark yourself to one of the times, or mail the raidleader ingame if you want to share detailed information about your check in. When everyone online are togather at the entrance of the certain raid and those who signed but are not online at that time we declare him as not avaiable and search a "pug" from either the guild or from the looking for group system. If 2 or more person avaiable for last spot like places the general chosing rule will apply. Inside the raid you MUST know what you are and what can you do. For example: You know you by inspecting / whispering other healer classes in the raid that you are the best (geared) healer in the raid, this means you heal the main tank. Meaning you do not need to be told what to do beacuse you are a carrier who knows, so you don't ask what to do! Meaning there will be NO TACTICS TELLING or there will be NO WHO DO WHAT at raid events. If a tactics need a voluntier to do something you do not wait to be asked to do it. If you can you say that YOU WILL DO! Since WotLK is a new game tactics may not be avaiable for certain fights. So you must concentrate and look continously for errors that may be the reasons of wipes if any. And knowing your class abilities you should look out how can you be the most help in the fight. Remember: If you sacrifice your DPS / heal / Tanking to do a tactical move that could be more helpfull. For example: If you see a Magic taged DEBuff on a raid member. Read what it does and you find out it is bad you can sacrifice your DPS by not casting a fireball as a Mage and instead you select the raid member and dispell the DEBuff. So when we become overgeared in a raid and just farm it, THEN it's joy to spam DamageMeters :P.Back to the Top General Chosing Rule
This is the most important part of any guild and probably the teamplay building box of the game. This is a very sensitive topic and I hope it won't need to be changed ever, that means its good for everyone. Who gets What they payed for. 3 categories will be noted on everyone in the guild. (Addict) , (Casual) , (Simple) (Addict) = A player who is always onilne have extreamly lots of time to play and he is rarelly offline. (Casual) = A player that has only random timeintervals to be online for a hour or so, weekends only. (Simple) = Players that online on a schudle, he have a job and things to take care but online on his/her free time. (Addict) gets the highest priority since he spends a lot of time to this and probably worked hard (ingame) to gets what he wants. (Casual) gets the medium priority since nothing is more depressing than wasting the only chance he might have. (Simple) gets the lowest priority since there is always a next time. :) TRUST is the most important thing in teamplay games. So we trust everyone to tell what is he from this 3. We must all accept that a certain person can swap beatween this 3 category as theire live style might change unforseen. Everyone try to chat eachother as if not about anything else talk about WoW if you play it lol. heheBack to the Top Loot
The one thing that shakes the players since Diablo 1 is the "drop". On a guildrun (at least 51% guildmembers) every single drop that is NOT (bound on pick) will be gathered in the guildbank and will be sold to raise guild money. If a (bound on equip) item drops that you desire, you can have it instantly since your effort and luck made it drop. After our second sucessfull 25 man full guildrun we chose the guild professionists. Guild professionists automaticly gets recepie drops and at any given time they do completly free crafts.(mats. not incl.) (Bound on pick) items: like boss loots. You join on a raid/group/pug, by knowing what you want. Not from the boss, but what you want to improve on your gear. And you inspect other persons who might want it and talk to him/her. That you want this the most and you willing to pass other items of interest for it. You MUST do this way before the raid. Keep contact with persons of your roll (dps, healer, tank) and all of you should know who wants what the most. So at raid we dont need anything just say. Gz mate!Back to the Top Back to the Main Page
